Bethesda Penthouse

This project was a remodel of a newly constructed Penthouse condominium in the Washington, DC area. The owners loved the location and views but the original layout needed to be re-worked to accommodate their requirements. The starting point was designing a space appropriate for their much loved antique carousel horse. In addition, they needed more closet space and general storage and wanted special features to facilitate entertaining. The construction was performed by Alliance Builders and the interiors design was expertly executed by Lavinia Lemon Interiors of Washington DC. The result is a calm, soothing retreat in the heart of a metropolitan area that reflects the owners love of family and entertaining.
